Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Banquet Manager Assistant to support the planning and execution of banquet functions. This role assists in supervising staff, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service during all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, setup, and execution of banquet events
Supervise banquet staff and ensure adherence to service standards
Review and implement Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and other departments for smooth event operations
Monitor food & beverage service, guest satisfaction, and event flow
Train, coach, and support banquet team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory control, cost management, and post-event reports
Qualifications:
Banquet or F&B supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
