Provides table service to guests up to the fine dining level. Can handle tables by themselves and can assist other servers by acting as a lead/captain when needed. Can perform different types of service (i. e. : French, Russian, synchronized, etc) Has knowledge of wines and can serve at VIP events. Interacts with guest in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the highest level of service.
