What You Will Do

As a Banquet Server you will

• Set up event spaces according to banquet and event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of event spaces
• Assist with event breakdown and reset as needed
• Work closely with culinary and event teams to ensure smooth execution
• Provide friendly and attentive service in a fast paced environment

• Preferred
  • Previous guest service or banquet experience

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire

Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry push or pull trays equipment and supplies
• Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
• Work quickly and safely in a high volume event environment
• Handle glassware spills and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during long event shifts
