Upshift is hiring Banquet Servers for catered events at Ann Arbor's biggest university and for hotels and event venues across Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. You are a W-2 employee of Upshift; we schedule you on the shifts you choose.
About the job
- Set up event rooms, serve plated and buffet meals, clear and reset tables.
- Greet guests, pour beverages, answer menu questions.
- Break down the room and help the kitchen close out after service.
- Shifts available now — lunches, dinners and weekend events. Typical shift 4–8 hours.

Pay and benefits
- $20.00–$23.00 per hour, shown on every shift before you claim it.

Requirements
- Serving or banquet experience helpful, not required. Students and non-students welcome.
- 18 or older, with a smartphone.
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 lb.
- Reliable transportation to campus recommended.
