Summary: The Banquet Server/Bartender helps create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests by providing friendly, attentive food and beverage service. This role supports event setup, banquet service, and bartending while working closely with the team to ensure events run smoothly and reflect the company’s standards of excellence. 

Responsibilities:
• Uphold the highest level of customer service
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc., for full service of Banquet Events
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events
• Maintain positive and professional attitude
• Seek council from management when needed
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success
• Follow Health and Safety practices at all times
• Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS)

Qualifications:
• Previous serving and bartending experience 
• Ability to follow directions
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
