Banquet Server / Bartenders

Banquet Staff to accomplish the following:

• Review Banquet Event Orders for menu details, room/event set-up diagrams; plus food, beverage and audio-visual needs.
• Event set-ups & breakdowns: buffets, tables, chairs, plate sets, bar, AV equipment, garbage, clean-up, etc.
• Ensuring quality presentation & serving of food.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Efficiently and properly uphold service & etiquette standards.
• Adhere to all liquor liability laws (ID checking, training, etc.).
• Maintain communication with the kitchen for updates.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professionalism in all aspects of service.
• Professional appearance & uniform: All black shirt (provided), apron (provided), pants & non-slip shoes.
• Ability to carry trays, maneuver up to 50lbs and hustle on your feet for extended periods.
• Prior experience with large banquet or catering events
• Must be 21 years of age to serve and bartend.
