    Our Banquet Servers are the most critical players in taking care of our guests and creating exceptional dining experiences. This key position will allow you to deliver individual service and create positive interactions with guests, whether in a casual or fine dining setting. This is a great opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team while working for one of the leading vacation destinations in the world.

    Responsibilities:

    Picture yourself being a Banquet Server at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to: 

    • Provide amazing service for our guests while working the floor with a smile 
    • Display an outgoing communication style that allows you to deal with all guests in a positive manner 
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills while facilitating smooth service during events, conferences, weddings, private dinners, etc. 
    • Follow established procedures and processes for food running, hospitality and guest recovery 
    • Setting up and breaking down conference rooms and event spaces 
    • Step into any support role and maintain harmonious relationships with other support team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience 
    • Demonstrate receptiveness to obtain an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the community, to share information with guests 
    • Showcase your cleanliness standards by bussing areas and maintaining impeccable order and organization 
    • Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests 
    Qualifications:

    Recipe for Success 

    • Possess a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry 
    • Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge on specialty dishes, cocktails, beer and wine 
    • Possess a friendly attitude, a team approach and patience with ever changing business levels 
    • Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area 
    • Excel in an environment with varied tasks in a steady or fast, even pace 
    • Demonstrate a proven ability to multitask with an emphasis on efficiencies in the service experience 
    • Work within established standards and procedures 
    • Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays 
    • Be able to lift at least 40 pounds
