Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring full-time and part-time Banquet Servers to play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for guests attending banquet events. This position involves coordinating and serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of banquet serving experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card.

  • Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled banquet halls and potential exposure to smoke and noise on casino floors.

  • Coordinate and serve all food and beverage items to banquet guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.

  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age.

  • Uphold cleanliness standards for assigned service areas and shared spaces.

  • Perform pre-bussing duties during the dining experience to maintain clean tables.

  • Perform financial transactions and process guest payments accurately and efficiently (if applicable to the event).

  • Coordinate and serve all food and beverage items to banquet guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.

  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age.

  • Uphold cleanliness standards for assigned service areas and shared spaces.
