Compensation: $18-$20 per hour| Full-Time

Schedule: Varies depending on events. Schedule to include nights and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, professional service to guests throughout banquet and special events.
• Set up, serve, and replenish food and beverages according to presentation and service standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served safely.
• Process transactions and meal counts through the point-of-sale system.
• Clear tables, reset event spaces, and maintain a clean dining environment.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist with service recovery when needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support fellow team members and perform other duties as assigned. 

What You Will Bring

• Previous restaurant, banquet, hospitality, senior living, or foodservice experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handheld ordering technology.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to support events and business needs.
• Food Handler Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, or ability to obtain required certifications as required by state and local regulations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (required).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (E-Verify used).

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, and safely handle trays, dishware, food, and service equipment. Team members must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, maintain awareness of their surroundings, and work efficiently in a fast-paced dining and event environment. The position involves exposure to commercial kitchen equipment, hot and cold temperatures, steam, cleaning chemicals, moderate noise levels, and common foodservice hazards such as slips, trips, cuts, and burns. Regular handwashing and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards are required. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
