Banquet Server - FT

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner; serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.

• Monitor guest needs throughout the event and respond promptly to requests.

• Clear tables between courses and after the event; assist with breakdown and clean-up of the banquet space.

• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth and seamless service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after events.

• Follow all MotorCity safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Adhere to proper food handling and alcohol service standards.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and carry 50lbs on your shoulders.
