Banquet Server- MacRay Harbor Banquet & Events Center

Role Summary: This is a multi-faceted position responsible for catering and operational duties required in order to reach our goal of providing our clients with an exceptional event and outstanding customer service. Specific duties will vary according to the event requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare rooms for events/setup, deliver meals to guests at assigned times, fill buffet items promptly upon need, clear tables and move dishes to dishwashing area, perform clean up duties after event is over
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be dependable
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Be able to perform duties as part of a team to deliver an oustanding experience for the client in a fast-paced environment
