The Banquet Server provides platinum-level dining service to members and guests, ensuring excellent hospitality and maintaining cleanliness and safety in dining areas.
- Arrives on time, well-groomed, and in uniform.
- Sets up banquet spaces per function sheets, ensuring all items are clean and properly arranged.
- Greets members and guests by name, seats them, and takes beverage and food orders.
- Serves and refills beverages, clears dishes, and assists in event cleanup.
- Handles complaints professionally, follows alcohol service laws, and ensures sanitation standards.
- Maintains area cleanliness, reports issues, and suggests supply needs.
- Attends briefings, follows safety policies, and completes training.
- Works cooperatively with staff, demonstrates professionalism, and adapts to flexible schedules.
- Must be at least 18, able to lift 25+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.
