Banquet Servers are responsible for providing courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service during banquet and catered events while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing "Can Do" attitude and genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to service standards
- Prepare tables with linens, china, glassware, flatware, and condiments
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Retrieve and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with company and state regulations
- Open and serve wine and champagne as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet stations and service areas
- Clear tables, remove soiled dishes, and assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
- Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Assist with room turnovers and additional banquet duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Minimum 6 months of serving experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism during busy or high-pressure situations
- Basic food, beverage, and wine knowledge preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- CA Food Handlers Card required
- Alcohol Training (TIPS / ServSafe) required
- RBS Certification required
Compensation: $19 an hour.
