This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines refined guest service with event setup, room resets, and breakdown.Our Banquet Servers play a key role in creating warm, memorable guest experiences while maintaining high service and operational standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, physically active, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. What You'll DoProvide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests during eventsExecute buffet service, plated meals, and passed appetizers to resort service standardsAnticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalismAssist with full event setup including tables, buffets, linens, and service stationsPerform room flips and resets, including moving and arranging heavy tables and furnitureMaintain clean, organized service areas and event spaces before, during, and after eventsReplenish buffets and beverage stations throughout serviceBreak down events and return rooms to standard setupLift and transport banquet equipment including crates of plates, linen bags, and suppliesWork cooperatively with Sales & Catering, Culinary, Supervisors, and ManagementNote: In our operation, Banquet Servers support both service and setup/breakdown responsibilities. Schedule & Availability ExpectationsThis role requires a highly flexible schedule due to the nature of weddings and resort events. Weekend, holiday, and peak season availability is required.This position is best suited for individuals with consistent availability. It may not be ideal for applicants with limited schedules, frequent travel plans, or extended absences during busy seasons (including summer). Early morning events (as early as 5:00 AM) and late-night receptions are common.
