Job Summary:
We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our team and facilitate an exceptional dining experience for our guests during special events and banquets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up banquet rooms according to specified requirements prior to events.
2. Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and serve meals promptly and efficiently.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to requests and anticipating their needs.
4. Clear tables and banquet areas efficiently to ensure a clean and organized dining environment.
5. Assist with cleaning and organizing banquet facilities after events.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a server in a banquet setting or restaurant.
2. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays when necessary.
