Banquet Server

Westerfield Club, located in Tuscaloosa, AL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area

• Relay food and beverage orders (if applicable)

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, both FOH & BO

• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectation

• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

• Helping maintain clean and clear tables

• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person (if applicable)

• Respond urgently and appropriately with any concerns to the Event Manager

• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in the service industry

• Banquet experience preferred

• Flexible Schedule
