Banquet Server

Raintree Golf and Event Center, located in Uniontown, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Banquet Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Raintree Golf and Event Center is looking for energetic and dedicated Banquet Servers to staff upcoming engagements. We focus on weddings, golf outings, holiday parties and other large-scale events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.

Key Responsibilities of the Banquet Server:

• Make all guests feel welcome
• Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall
• Assist with Ballroom set up before the event begins
• Set up buffets and coffee stations with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
• Refill water glasses
• Clean up venue after event ends other closing tasks

Key Skills and Qualifications of the Banquet Server:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous wait-staff experience a plus
• Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Overall excellent customer service
• Punctual
• Energetic, motivated personality
• Must be able to stand/walk for several hours at a time
• Must have reliable transportation

Other Qualifications:

• Demonstrates good energy and motivation.

• Knowledge of banquet set up.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
