Banquet Servers, Seasonal Full Time & Part Time Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Receive BEO (banquet event order) from banquet manager. Review the functions of the day, carry out changes according to the memos • All associates will take place in daily line up to ensure proper grooming and uniform maintenance • Provide professional service for the scheduled party • Serve and clear proper courses at the proper time • Refill any beverages that may need refilling or provide a beverage that is requested |
