The term Banquet means a formal meal with toast and short speeches. However, in the hotel industry, it refers to all kinds of function catering.

As a Banquet Setup, you will be responsible for preparing and decoratingbanquet halls, setting up tables, chairs, linen, and other equipment required for events. You should be able to follow instructions, work in a team, have good communication skills, and be physically fit to handle heavy lifting.
