Previous experience in a banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute banquet menus for events of varying sizes, from small gatherings to large functions
Coordinate with management and event staff to ensure seamless food service and timing
Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards
Oversee banquet setup, including prep, plating, and breakdown
Support daily kitchen operations as needed, including line cooking during non-event times
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff to uphold standards
