The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations for two small-volume locations. This role ensures operational consistency, supports employee performance and engagement, maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, and assists in meeting productivity and financial objectives while upholding company policies, procedures, and service standards.

This role provides direct leadership and support to hourly team members, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment, assists with training and development, and helps drive productivity, food safety, and financial performance.
