Description
Bar Manager:
K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the beverage programs across our three upscale restaurants. This is a unique opportunity to craft innovative cocktail menus, curate exceptional wine lists, and oversee all aspects of beverage operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative, high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant's unique concept.
Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in service.
Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the beverage program.
Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or a similar leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a passion for hospitality.
