This role involves leading a high-performing team, maintaining service standards, and driving financial success within a luxury hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and peak-period coverage.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture through mentorship and engagement.Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns and anticipating needs.Oversee inventory, ordering, and bar processes to ensure efficiency.Provide interdepartmental support and assume leadership roles as needed.QualificationsExperience:Minimum 3 years in bar/restaurant management, with strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
