Rock N Roll Sushi is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead our beverage program. We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about mixology, loves rock music, and excels in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Operations: Manage all day-to-day bar operations, including inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate bartenders and barbacks to deliver exceptional service.
Menu Engineering: Design and implement a profitable, high-quality cocktail program that matches our brand vibe.
Financials: Monitor pour costs, meet budget targets, and drive revenue through promotions and specials.
Compliance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ensure strict adherence to safety and alcohol regulations.
2+ years of management experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of spirits, craft beer, and wine.
Proficiency in POS systems TOAST and inventory software.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for creating a great guest experience.
