What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate bar staff during service
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Moxy brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar presentation
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Support cocktail execution, quality, and consistency
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with hotel leadership to drive bar revenue and guest engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending and supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, social atmosphere
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus
