Barback (Ador Almeda)

About the role

• As a Barback, you will support bartenders by ensuring efficient bar operations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service. You are expected to be polite, friendly, and uphold Goode Company's sanitation standards. A clean and sanitary work station is essential.

Waitress Job Responsibilities:

• Stock bar: condiments, straws, napkins.
• Maintain ice bins and bar cleanliness.
• Restock beer and change kegs.
• Clear glassware and plates from bar area.
• Clean bar area and stools (inside and out).
• Wash and restock glassware.
• Support bartender with service well.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Empty bus tubs and replace.
• Prepare margarita mix.
• Cut fruit and prepare drink garnishes.
• Maintain stock of juice, liquor, beer, and wine.
• Clear and reset bar area between customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Other Duties as Assigned  

Qualifications and Requirements 

• 1-2 Years Experience Preferred 
• Must Be Over the Age of 21 
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
