About the role
- As a Barback, you will support bartenders by ensuring efficient bar operations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service. You are expected to be polite, friendly, and uphold Goode Company's sanitation standards. A clean and sanitary work station is essential.
Waitress Job Responsibilities:
- Stock bar: condiments, straws, napkins.
- Maintain ice bins and bar cleanliness.
- Restock beer and change kegs.
- Clear glassware and plates from bar area.
- Clean bar area and stools (inside and out).
- Wash and restock glassware.
- Support bartender with service well.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Empty bus tubs and replace.
- Prepare margarita mix.
- Cut fruit and prepare drink garnishes.
- Maintain stock of juice, liquor, beer, and wine.
- Clear and reset bar area between customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Follow safety and sanitation rules.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-2 Years Experience Preferred
- Must Be Over the Age of 21
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
