Barback - ALC Live

As a Barback in our iconic venues, you''ll keep our venue fully stocked and bar operations running smoothly. You''ll stock and clean the bar and perform related tasks to increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team in a high-volume, music-fueled environment. As the ideal candidate, you''re fast, friendly, and focused, understanding that every shift is about delivering unforgettable experiences.

• Prepare and stock bars, concession stands, and satellite locations for events by replenishing ice, beverages, kegs, plasticware, and other supplies based on par levels.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas throughout events.
• Communicate daily entertainment and upcoming events in venue.
• Keep beverage storage areas clean and organized at all times. Assist with inventory, product rotation (FIFO), and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation.
• Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Make sure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free. Keep guest facing areas clear of debris.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies.
• Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company issued steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
