When the bar runs well, the entire experience elevates.
Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and spirits
Anticipate needs during service and support bartenders without slowing them down
Batch cocktails to spec — accurately, consistently, every time
Organize and restock supplies to maintain speed and efficiency
Prioritize tasks based on guest impact, not personal comfort
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization behind the bar
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
You prioritize impact over comfort, especially during peak service
You never let the bar run out of essentials
You take pride in batching to spec and following standards precisely
You move with urgency, awareness, and purpose
You enjoy physical, hands-on work and staying active

Degrees or certifications are great, but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Able to work 30+ hours per week
