La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Barback to keep our bar running at full speed.

Youll support the bar team behind the scenes - prepping, organizing, and maintaining equipment so service never slows down. Its a hands-on role and a great way into the bar world at a premium hospitality brand.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

• Organize morning mise-en-place and restock during service

• Support the bar team as needed throughout service

• Handle bar supplies and equipment with care

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year in F&B (bar, sommelier, or food service background)

• Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and bar supplies

• Organized, fast, and a strong team player

• Genuine interest in growing into a bar role
