Barback

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic Barback to support our bartenders and bar team. The Barback plays a key role in keeping the bar stocked, clean, organized, and running efficiently while helping create a great experience for our guests.

Job Description

• Assist bartenders with stocking beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Replenish ice, glassware, napkins, straws, and other bar essentials throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Collect and wash or properly organize glassware as needed.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and maintaining clean service areas.
• Help receive, organize, and store deliveries.
• Support bartenders and other team members during busy service periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow all restaurant, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cases of beverages, bags of ice, and other supplies safely.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for the position.
