Job Duties
- Ensure bar supplies are stocked and available as back up
- Assist in restocking bar supplies including beverages and garnishes
- Change kegs as necessary
- Clean and pick up empty glasses/bottles from tables and surrounding areas
- Wipe down tables and bar tops
- Re-stock garnishes and mixes
- Ensure glassware is clean and available
- Re-stock ice when needed
- Run food items to the bar as needed
- Empty trash in and around the bar area
- Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station
Schedule
- 6-8 hour shift
- Must have day and evening work availability
- Holidays
- Must have weekend work availability
Supplemental pay types
Education
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
