Job Title: BarbackDepartment: Condesa RestaurantReports To: Bar ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptFull-Time & Part-Time Positions Available ! Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position supports bartenders by maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and efficiency behind the bar. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.
