Primary Objective:
Keep the bar buzzing and flowing! Ensure the bar is stocked with all essential liquors, kegs, bottles/cans, and mixers, while keeping it clean and stocked with glassware. All the while, help keep the party going!
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and Supply: Keep liquors, kegs, bottles/cans, frozen mixes, juices/mixers, and sodas fully stocked.
- Glassware and Cleanup: Clean and restock glassware, bus dirty plateware, and transport to the dish pit.
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling containers and keep floors clean.
- Guest Interaction: Assist in engaging with guests seated at the bar.
- End of Shift: Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the bar.
Required Qualifications/Certifications
- Communication: Strong communication skills.

- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail.
- Attitude: Upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Capability to lift heavy objects, including kegs, frequently.
- Must obtain South Carolina safe alcohol sales certification (employee responsibility)
