The Felix A great bar runs on teamwork. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated barback who takes pride in keeping things stocked, clean, and ready so our bartenders can deliver attentive service. What you’ll do
Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, beverages, and supplies.
Wash, polish, and organize glassware.
Help prepare garnishes and replenish ingredients as directed.
Clear used glasses, clean spills promptly, and maintain organized work areas.
Handle trash and recycling throughout the shift.
Support opening and closing duties.
Anticipate what the bartenders need and communicate when supplies run low.
What we’re looking for Someone observant, organized, and ready to help. You should enjoy active work, follow sanitation procedures, and bring a strong team attitude. Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus.
