The Barback will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for all player card levels.
- Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
- Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
- Completes all shift side work requirements.
- Continuously maintains an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Alcohol Awareness card required
- Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Able to learn how to prepare and serve various alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Able to speak and understand English.
