Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Manage and restock bar-related supplies and equipment.
- Assist bartenders with service and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with other hotel and restaurant departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality or hotel experience is not required.
- Previous bartending or bar-related experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
