The Barback will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for all player card levels.
Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
Completes all shift side work requirements.
Continuously maintains an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
Alcohol Awareness card required
Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience is preferred.
Able to learn how to prepare and serve various alcoholic beverages.
Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Able to speak and understand English.
