The Barback – Terrace/Fireside will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
Completes all shift side work requirements.
Continuously maintains an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
Ensure adherence to health department standards of labeling and rotating stock of fresh ingredients including juice, syrups, fresh fruit and herbs.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Alcohol Awareness card required.
Minimum 1-year previous barback experience is preferred.
Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Able to speak and understand English.
