The Owl is now hiring a Barback. Must have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

The Owl has become known as the late-night destination in Logan Square. However, we'reopen at 4pm every night for half price happy hour, which makes us the perfect spot for an early evening hang after work. We also have touring live bands, resident DJs, and other awesome events, which are always free!

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Ensure that the bar is prepared and set up for success
Keep constant awareness of the bar's needs
Change blown kegs
Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
Bus tables throughout shift
Great communication skills
Be a good teammate
Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
High-volume barback experience preferred
Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
