BARBACK / TO-GO & SERVICE SUPPORT

Ritrovo is seeking a fast, organized, and experienced restaurant team member to join our busy behind-the-bar service area.

This is a highly hands-on, multitasking role and not a traditional barback position. This station plays a key role in supporting both our servers and our takeout operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing drinks for servers
• Answering phones and taking to-go orders
• Packing and organizing takeout orders accurately
• Preparing and plating desserts
• Polishing glassware and silverware
• Restocking and organizing the bar/service area
• Maintaining a clean and organized station
• Supporting servers during busy service
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours

We are looking for someone who:
• Has prior restaurant experience (required)
• Works quickly and stays calm in a fast-paced environment
• Is highly organized and an effective multitasker
• Has strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Is reliable, dependable, and a team player
• Takes initiative and can anticipate needs without constant direction

This is an essential support role at Ritrovo. We need someone who can stay efficient and composed during busy service while keeping the station running smoothly at all times.
