Opportunity: Barback
Assist in preparing and servicing hotel bars by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and supporting bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and sustainability standards. Your growth path includes progression to Food Runner, Server, and Bartender roles.
Your Focus:
- Greet guests and acknowledge their presence during barback duties.
- Verify stock deliveries, check for accuracy, and assist bartenders with supplies.
- Prepare garnishes, fruits, and juices based on anticipated business volume.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, storage, and refrigeration spaces.
- Manage ice supplies, box empty bottles, and perform routine maintenance on kegs and taps.
- Follow sustainability practices and safe work protocols, including OSHA standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Your Background and Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service or restaurant experience a plus.
