Job Summary
We are seeking a Barback to join our team! In this role, you will help close the bar, as well as other essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and prepping garnishes. You will also take on cleaning tasks as needed. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience at our bar and want to return again and again. If you’re friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
• Wash Glassware
• Restock supplies as needed
• Bus tables and run food during down time
• Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks
• Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
• Take out the trash and run bus tubs as needed
• Assist bartenders as requested

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Able to work late nights and weekends
