About Whispers Lounge: Whispers Lounge is the chic lobby bar at Coeur d'Alene Resort, known for handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and a sophisticated atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable Barback to help keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role: As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure guests receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies
Clear and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Assist bartenders with any support needed during busy shifts
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
