We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barbacks to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced casual environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.Responsibilities:Restock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash.Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, cocktail batch preparations, and delivering drinks efficiently.Handle deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper rotation and storage of supplies.Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.Actively participate in team communication, training sessions, and meetings.Requirements/Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment.Ability to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to multi-taskExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethicMaintain a clean and professional appearanceAvailable to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as neededNo job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
