Community Barber and Shop is looking to expand our team! With our quick client growth and 5-star service, we are looking to hire a barber (barber license preferred but cosmo license applicants also considered). - it is important to our Vision that the barbershop be an inviting and inclusive space.

About the shop:
We're a busy, independently owned barbershop in the heart of Ballard. Clean cuts, loyal clients, no-drama environment. We're growing our team and looking for skilled, professional barbers who take pride in their craft and show up consistently.
The role:
Work behind your own station, build or bring your clientele, and get paid on a competitive commission. Tips are yours, always. We start with a 30-day trial to make sure it's a mutual fit, with a performance-based raise review after that. You bring the skill. We bring the clients. We both get paid."
Requirements:
- Washington state barber license required.
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused.
- Whether you're building your book from scratch or bringing a following — we want barbers who are serious about their craft.
