- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend styles that suit them.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.
- Promote and sell grooming products and memberships to enhance the client experience.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior barbers as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.
Requirements:
- Valid barbering license in the state of Kansas.
- Proven experience in a barbering or grooming environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Passion for the grooming industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of grooming products and techniques is a plus.
