    1. Commission 40% - 43% DOE plus tips & we Guarantee your Minimum Hourly Wage! 
    2. Retail Commission 20% ***
    3. Signing Bonus – Up to $2000 *** DOE.
    4. Personal Time Off (Starting after your first 45 days)
    5. We need barber or stylist for second shift and weekend shifts
