Paul Mitchell The School Norman is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to inspire and educate our Future Professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.
• Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom
• Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program
• Prepare students for state licensing examinations
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma Barber Instructor License
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow
• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
