Position Summary: Join our Dining Services team as a Barista/Bartender and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. In this role, you''ll prepare specialty beverages, provide outstanding customer service, support restaurant-style meal service, and maintain a clean, welcoming bistro and dining environment. If you enjoy working in hospitality, food service, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, or bars and have a passion for serving others, we''d love to meet you.
Essential Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, specialty drinks, cocktails, and other beverages for residents and guests.
Prepare beverage garnishes and maintain an organized bistro/bar area.
Provide friendly, professional, restaurant-style customer service during meal periods.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals promptly.
Set, clear, and maintain dining room tables for an exceptional dining experience.
Anticipate resident needs and provide personalized service that enhances satisfaction.
Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary dining, kitchen, and bistro/bar areas following food safety and infection control standards.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Deliver food carts to designated areas and return carts to the kitchen.
Wash bar glassware and beverage equipment using approved cleaning procedures.
Collect trash and dispose of waste safely and efficiently.
Clean dining rooms, beverage stations, equipment, and work areas throughout each shift.
Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to ensure efficient meal service.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Training & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, Server, Waitstaff, Food Service Worker, Restaurant Team Member, Dining Services Associate, Café Associate, or Hospitality Team Member preferred.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, restaurants, hotels, cafés, country clubs, or hospitality is a plus.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Ability to obtain TIPS or other required responsible beverage service certification.
