Compensation

$14–16/hour (includes $10/hour base pay plus pooled tips). Actual earnings vary based on store business and hours worked.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer with a smile
• Prepare coffee, smoothies, teas, and specialty drinks (we'll teach you!)
• Keep the drive-thru moving quickly and accurately
• Work with your team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a compact, fast-paced drive-thru environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors during varying weather conditions
